Yesterday 11th June 2009,, i woke up at 6am, take bath and ready by 6.30am we all ready.. it's so freaking cool outside, mostly <10 Celsius i think?...... so we all gerak ke airport using Gateway Motorway,, Nasib baik the car go smoothly no trafic jam at the 1st place.. BUT after we reach carendale it started to jam!!!!!!!!.... tengok jam dah kol 6.50am,, takut mummy dah keluar jek kang dia tercari2 pulak "kesian"...... Nasib baik after wynumm road dh ok balik sebab that road mmg tengah buat construction pon so always jam la... lepas bayar tol AUD2.90 jalan terus lancar smpai lah ke airport....
sampai arrival hall dh 7.00am,, x masuk parking maya take place dia buat 1 round,, aku masuk dalam cari mummy tapi x de.. mayb dia belum keluar lagi la tu kot,, sebab tengok kat board Singapore airline landed at 6.45am... Dalam kepala otak nie dok risau jugak kat mummy sebab nie dia 1st time plak tu travel sorang2...
After 15 minutes wait outside,, mummy pon muncul kat pintu tu... hehehehe..... so happy!!!!!!!.... terus call maya sebab dia tunggu kat King's Smith Memorial depan airport jek... btw airport Brisbane nie bukan la besar mana pon,, kedai pon ciput jek......
lepas tu kitaorg pon balik rumah,, maya kemas2 barang dia sebab semalam dia sleep over at my place, nasib baik ada bilik kosong & pintu x lock,,,,!!!!!!! so dia tido kat bilik tu la..... kemas barang yang mummy bawa from Malaysia,, x de la banyak mana pon sbb mmg x kasi mummy bawa byk barang...
Mummy dah start baring,, penat mungkin... aku pon ngantok jugak!!!!! ingatkan at 10am nk pergi uni ada Consultation Management Accounting at 10 am till 12pm,, last2 aku pon terpadam sama,, sedar2 dah kol 12++,, perut pon dah lapar.. mummy tanya kat mana nak makan??? "Litte Malaysia" i said.. then dia cakap ok pergi la siap...
By the time we all ready almost 1.30pm,, but the shop closed at 3pm for lunch and will open back at 5pm for dinner... so terus keluar pergi sana,, boleh pulak aku parking kat tempat kejadian sebelum nie kena dgn Lela!!!!!!!!! tapi kali ini aku lebih berhati2....
mummy order tomyam soup seafood, beans belancan & chicken assam sauce" menu wajib aku tu" lepas makan kami ke market square beli barang kat yuen then ke sunnybank plaza,, jalan2 arah sana.... nana ada kirim ambik MILK TEA kat easy way pulang so skali la jalan....
Balik rumah aku sambung study and mummy tgk slumdog.... Malam punya la sejuk smpai berasap mulut aku masa keluar ke 7e beli phone card... nak bergayut punya pasal

On the same day after Nana decide to make cupcake.. i decide to cook something,,, since from last 2 weeks i really craving to eat Nasi Minyak.. so this opportunity why not i just cook Nasi minyak with Chicken Masak Merah & Acar timun..

1st we went to Coles sunnybank to buy some groceries and stuff for making cupcake... budget around 30 dollars last2 everything total up AUD80++...
3rd step: "making icing" cook sugar with water... then beat white egg and pour the thick cook sugar into egg and stir it again... while stir put butter and vanilla esen!!!!! it look like pic below... :D finally after it all done we divide the icing into 5 bowl so that we can make into different colour... we so happy coz this is our 1st time make it from screach....
